I highly recommend Cairn Pool Care. Before, the swimming pool at my place turned extremely green and smell badly. For unknown reasons, the pool deteriorated to an extremely bad state. I am a tenant and felt sorry for not being able to use the pool. Thank goodness, Andrew and his staff resolved everything within a short time. His communication skills, reliability, and professional knowledge are all extremely outstanding.I firmly recommend Andrew and the Cairn Pool Care service.

Andrew and his team, did a great job replacing and fixing our pool to brand new.Our pool pump broke down on us just a little over two years ago and left the pool being a lake for too long! Got recommended Cairns Pool Care, for their service and to replace all pool parts need.They did everything in an affordable coast and after finishing cleaning the pool out and doing everything. The cost ended up under the original quote at the beginning and had a few $$$ less.Cairns Pool Care pops in every month or so, when pool requires it, to make sure the chemical levels are all okayDefinitely recommend them if you need your pool cleaned, servicing and any parts needing repair or replacement 💯

After being let down by our previous pool maintenance company, who simply stopped showing up without notifying me, the pool was left in a terrible state. Andrew installed a new chlorinator and reconditioned our pump and looked after our pool earlier this year when we purchased our home. My husband was unwell, and Andrew was totally trustworthy and made a tough time that little bit easier.Just last week Andrew and his team installed an inverter heat/cooling pump, it was a tricky install but they managed it with ease. We are really happy with the outcome.Highly recommend. 5 stars. And we know that Andrew’s after sales customer service is second to none. Well done Cairns Pool Care 👍

After moving into a house with a swimming pool, I started using this service 7 years ago based on a friend's recommendation, and l've been consistently satisfied ever since. They do an excellent job of keeping the pool clean and safe every month, and I'm also happy with their reasonable prices. Their communication is quick and efficient, so any issues that have come up have been resolved promptly. I trusted them enough to manage the pool at our other property as well. I've recommended them to many friends, and they have all been very pleased with the service.

I added chemicals to my pool and ended up with stains over the whole pool, l spoke to a several pool shops and no success, l found Cairns acid wash on the internet and called Andrew he came the next morning gave me advice and a quote to remove the stains, he even said if he did not remove the stains he would not charge me,His staff came here twice and after a few days the pool is perfect the service and advice Andrew gave me was excellent and we are now getting him to service and look after the pool thanks again DougI am not able to download photos of before and after

TLDR: Unlike other pool maintenance companies in Cairns, Andrew repairs small jobs. Wouldn't hesitate to engage again or recommend.I reached out to four separate pool maintenance in Cairns to have a pool leak fixed - not one could be bothered to follow up on my enquiry or return phone calls as promised.Then I got onto Andrew at Cairns Pool Care. Straight up he was asking me questions about the problem as a means of fault finding, showing genuine interest. He pretty much was able to diagnose the leak over the phone. Soon thereafter, Andrew fixed the leak as he said he would!Now this was just a small job - a job that not one other pool maintenance company in Cairns would even entertain, presumably due to the small value. But here's where they've done themselves a disservice.While the cost of this job was minor, if there is ever a future issue with my pool - big, small, simple, complex, Andrew will be the very first person I call. I have recommended his services to everyone I know and wouldn't hesitate to engage again.Thank you Andrew for not forgetting that basic customer service goes a long way.
